But there are a few common myths that restrict medical students and their parents from opting for MBBS Abroad. We will discuss those myths or barriers today so that you can make your first step toward success without any hesitation.

Not Internationally Valid Degree

A lot of people refrain from choosing MBBS abroad because they think an MBBS abroad degree is not applicable internationally. This means the student can practice medicine where he studied MBBS and nowhere else.

But this is completely wrong. Rather people choose MBBS abroad for international recognition and practice globally.

No Security

Yes, it’s true that opting for an MBBS course in abroad allows you great exposure to experience. But that doesn’t mean your life in a foreign medical college would be insecure. Rather these foreign medical colleges invest a lot to ensure the security of their students.

For example, in most of the medical colleges in Bangladesh, there is a specific time slot booked for going out.

MBBS Abroad is Expensive

Yes, this is the most general and common thought, but it’s not true. Studying MBBS in India is rather expensive. Moreover, if you fly to the countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc the expenses would be less.

Complex Admission Process

No doubt flying to any abroad country indulges a lot of hassle. But it only increases when you try to contact the medical colleges directly. You should always consider the assistance of an authentic consultancy that can provide you with the right information.

Different Language & Syllabus

The language barrier is the greatest concern of many. But the reality is different. No matter what foreign country you choose for MBBS, the medium of study would be the same, mostly English.

The syllabus may vary as per your choice of country. Like if you choose Bangladesh for your medical studies the syllabus would be as same as India.
