- 15% of seats under the All-India Quota (AIQ): NEET 2022 counselling will be used to award admission to West Bengal medical and dental colleges’ 15% AIQ seats. Based on NEET 2022 rank, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct NEET UG counselling for the 15% AIQ seats.
- Central/Deemed institutions: Through NEET 2022, MCC will provide admission to all deemed and central universities in the state in addition to the 15% AIQ seats.
- Through West Bengal NEET 2022 counselling, admission to the remaining 85% of MBBS/BDS seats under the state quota would be available.
- Private colleges: The authority would fill all available seats for West Bengal MBBS admission in 2022.
