Eligibility Criteria For NEET Counseling

Eligibility Criteria for NEET counseling are-

• Only NEET qualified candidates are eligible to attend the NEET counseling 

• Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir will not be eligible to participate in the All India NEET Counseling unless they give their assent

• Candidates must register themselves for NEET 2021 counseling

• Counseling who have qualified for NEET are eligible to participate in the AIQ counseling for deemed universities.

NEET Counseling Process 2021

NEET counseling process goes like this

• MCC NEET registration including payment of the fees

• Candidates have to fill in the Choice of colleges

• Seat allotment for round 1 and result publication

• Students have to report at the allotted medical or dental college.

• The publication of net vacant seats for the 2nd round

• Registration for those who haven’t already registered themselves

• Seat allotment round 1

• Reporting at the medical pr dental colleges against round 2

• NEET Admit Card

• NEET Scorecard 

• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

• ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

• Eight passport size photographs

• Provisional Allotment Letter

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• PWD Certificate (if applicable)

Besides, NRI/ OCI candidates appearing for Deemed Universities must submit the following documents

• Passport copy of sponsored, embassy certificate

• Sponsorship affidavit
• Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer)
